Barbie Rapunzel Cut And Style

I gave this barbie to my great niece for Christmas and she loved it. What a beautiful barbie. She loved all the pink and purple. All the hairpieces that come with it kept her attention span for a long period of time.

Bought this Barbie doll as a gift for a friend's 6 year old daughter. The 6 year old loved it and plays with it a lot. No complaints after 2 weeks.

Bought this Barbie for my 7yr. old granddaughter for Christmas. She was a hit. Girls like styling dolls hair and both she and her cousin played with her all the time they were here for our Christmas party.

The idea of "cutting" her hair is cool. It's just not very practical at all. The separate strands of hair get all tangled up and there isn't a way of untangling them. My daughter, 6, got bored with her pretty quickly. If the hair strands were better, this would be a lot better toy.

My daughter really wanted this doll. The snap on hair extentions seem like a great idea but the execution is poorly done. The plastic snap pieces are fixed to the hair with folded over hair and a rubber band. After one day of light play one had already been pulled off by my 7 year old. Not to mention the hair tangling all up! Braiding all the pieces would have helped. I wish the makers of Barbie would spend less time making the doll look beautiful in the box and more time thinking about how the little girls are going to play with them.
